The slopes of the lands that are exposed as a result of the execution of the works are exposed to rain, frost and other agents that contribute to their erosion and deterioration.

The factors that most affect the degree of erosion of the slopes are:

  • Overflows related to the length of the slope and its inclination

  • Rain intensity, which dissipates its kinetic energy on the surface of the slope, pulling up small particles and forming a superficial water stream that acquires more and more speed and energy, provoking erosion on the slope known as furrows.

  • soil type exposed out in the open, depending mainly on its capacity of absorption and filtration of waters.

  • lack of vegetal cover on the slope.

Characteristics:

Slope Green reduces factors that provoke erosion by decreasing the overflows length and creating a cover that decreases water speed and protects the slope surface.

The design of Manta Talver is intended to facilitate the placement and storage of loose materials on the slope, in order to cover the surface and protect it from the impact of heavy rains, hail and winds.
The staggering slope reduces the length of overflows, which leads to a decrease in the speed of the rainwater on the slope surface.

Assembly:

Easy handling and placement. It is delivered in the form of a coil whose weight does not exceed 30 kg.
It does not need to be secured to the surface of the slope, since it is fastened at the top with forks.

Once the system has been placed and fixed, the steps created allow the movement of personnel on the surface of the slope and taking any action on it.

Surface treatment:

Before placing the materials on the slope, seeds can be scattered on it. This enables the germination of the seeds in the rainy season.
All components of Slope Green are environmentally friendly as they are biodegradable.
